New Message

Leave a video, a voice note, or written words for one person. You record it here, it's encrypted on your phone, and it waits.

Choosing the Kind

Video for a face and a voice, audio when words are enough, text when you'd rather write. Pick what fits what you want to say.

• Video needs a camera; without one, that option is hidden.
• Audio and text work on any device.
• You can leave as many messages as your storage allows.

Title and Recipient

The title is only for you — it's how you'll recognise the message in your list. The recipient is the one person who will one day receive it. Add recipients in the Recipients tab first.

Recorded Here, Never Imported

Video and audio can only be recorded live, inside the app. There's no way to attach a file from your library, and that's deliberate: it means nothing borrowed, faked, or harmful can ever be passed off as someone's last words.

• A brief safety check runs on your phone before the message is sealed.
• Explicit imagery is blocked; nothing is uploaded to be checked.
• If the words sound harsh, we'll gently ask you to reconsider — never block you.

What Happens When You Save

The message is encrypted on your phone before it leaves it. Our servers only ever hold unreadable ciphertext — we cannot open it, and neither can an attacker. It can be unlocked one day only by two of your three verifiers working together.
